First Step: TELL US ABOUT YOUR EVENT!
In order to give you a price quote to entertain at your event we need to know the following information:
To determine pricing there are some things we need to know, like show location, timing, sound system and stage lighting requirements and some logistics. The typical range can be from $500.00 for a local one set show without much gear - to $2,000.00 or more for a full "Las Vegas style" multiple set, multiple costume show with premium sound, light show and effects. Naturally there are costs for travel and/or accommodations when applicable.

Art's "advertising" occurs through word-of-mouth, referrals, repeat clients and this Web site. The majority of Art's shows are initiated in the form of e-mail communications, which can eventually function effectively as the "contract" so each party has documentation of mutual agreements. All bookings are considered "tentative" until a deposit has been paid. No agreement or obligation exists without Art and the client being clearly and mutually ready to commit. Invoices/receipts provided by Art (dba: "E" ala K-Art Entertainment) will refer to the written, mutual agreements delineated in e-mails.
We ALWAYS answer every legitimate e-mail message that gets through!
Even some legitimate messages get lost as a result of spam filters, firewalls, virus protection, etc.: IF WE DO NOT RESPOND TO YOUR E-MAIL RIGHT AWAY: Please look at the schedule page to see if we're booked and unable to respond. In this case, we will respond ASAP. If not, you might try e-mailing from a different account, include a specific subject line, and/or call the phone number provided below and we'll get back to you ASAP!
Jean and Art are proud to have done hundreds of shows - and have never had a disappointed client. We encourage you to do your research. In the Midwest region you will not find another Elvis Impersonator/Tribute Artist with Art's breadth of national experience and qualifications. If you want a parody, there are plenty of them available out there - AND there are a few good Impersonators - but very few that are professionally vocally trained, that can compare with Art's contest wins, credentials and experience - or that quite frankly can sound as much like Elvis. Art is about real professional talent, fun, quality, honesty, class and depth. Your show will be individually custom planned, and prices are negotiated accordingly. We will keep all client information secure and confidential, and we will not employ any uncomfortable advertising, sales or negotiating tactics.
While it's not always possible, within reason we will seek to conform to your budget while best fulfilling your event entertainment vision.
Sometimes negotiation is possible, but Art's fee structure is based on market rates for specialized, professional entertainment and will apply in most cases. Art's services are not for everyone and you get what you pay for! If saving money is the highest concern, then it's easy to find a 10-15 minute "singing telegram" style appearance in this market area. These are performed by the same persons who fill the roles of Bozo the Clown, Barney, etc. - for around $200 plus gratuity. Not too many of these performers wear a $3,000+ costume. In some cases we may be able to refer you to an alternate "Elvis" maybe even with a lower fee structure, but Art is unable to in any way be responsible for the services provided by others.
E-mail is preferred for the reasons stated above, but some folks prefer to talk it out: To contact Art for more information, and/or to book a show, please click (or cut and paste) and reach Art at this e-mail address: art@elvistributeartist.com
